Welcome to the Laborers' District Council of Philadelphia and Vicinity new homepage! After more than a year of research and development, it has been re-launched as a contemporary, member and employer-centered information center, designed to effectively serve first-time visitors, as well as repeat and daily users.

A virtual opportunity to make a first impression, the site clearly communicates the many ways that the Laborers' District Council of Philadelphia and Vicinity benefits its members, contributing employers, and the communities in which we live and work. Information is organized by topic and by audience with the latest information presented on our home page.
